If you haven’t read my other article on electric Graco paint sprayers you may want to read that article first. There’s a lot of great information in that article about some of the best airless paint sprayers on the market from Graco. You may just find what you’re looking for in that article. Either way, if you’re looking for A great airless paint sprayer for projects at work or at home I think we can help you find the sprayer you’re looking for. In my last article, I covered Graco paint sprayers pretty thoroughly. This article will mostly focus on some other brands on the market today. Most of the airless paint sprayers in this Article will be corded units with a piston driven or turbine driven drivetrains. This is opposed to a compressed air unit you would connect to an air compressor and have to drag a tank, compressor, and hose from room to room. Allowing these airless paint sprayers to be vastly more portable and much more versatile.
Rexbeti ultimate 750 paint sprayer- This Orange and black beauty is a slick looking sprayer. It’s a high powered 500-watt sprayer, it’s fairly bare bones as far as features go. Some quality sprayers don’t need tons of features to shine. With 3 different size nozzles a 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and a larger 3.0mm diameter nozzle and a huge 1000ml paint container you won’t have to keep filling the container constantly. The large capacity alone makes it great for small or larger projects. Painting walls, and craft jobs alike. The 2.5 mm nozzle is good for spraying thinner paint while the 3.0 mm nozzle is good for spraying latex paints and thicker paints. There’s a flow control knob on the front of the sprayer that allows you to adjust the throw of the paint. Lastly, it has an extra long power cord allowing for great Mobility anyway you’re at.
Wagner FlexiO 590 paint sprayer- This paint sprayer is also a superb-looking unit, It’s great for spraying all kinds of surfaces and objects. it sprays everything from latex paint to oil-based paints, and pretty much any other kind I paint you can imagine. This unit comes with a nozzle for finishing, The I-Spray Nozzle is one of Wagner’s patented systems. DIY spray nozzle system allows for a very smooth looking finish for those projects they need to look pristine. This sprayer has adjustments to widen or narrow the throw of the paint Wagner’s patented X-Boost Turbine System. The system doesn’t use piston driven drivetrain such as many other airless sprayers on the market do. the turbine system may have an advantage as it’s been used for many years for many similar applications. The combination of the drivetrain and the nozzle system makes this sprayer a very adaptable system for multiple types of projects. Comes with a very nice extra container for paint so you can have two different paint for a single project. The Flexio unit also comes with a very durable case for easy transportation to and from the job site.
Delxo 550W 800ml paint sprayer- This specific paint sprayer we are going ultra-budget, even with a budget sprayer you don’t always have to give up quality. That’s the case with this paint sprayer. To start off with it has an 800 ml Reservoir. Delxo Has patented a nicely placed adjustments for the spray width and throw, they called is the “Jog Wheel”. It’s very handy when in the middle of a job and you don’t want to have to put the sprayer down to adjust the width of the spray. To Adjust the flow control twist the nozzle, speaking of nozzles this unit comes with a 1.0mm nozzle A 1.8 mm nozzle and a large 2.5 mm nozzle for those very thick paints such as latex paints. The body of this sprayer comes apart in two separate pieces allowing for easy cleaning after the job is complete. This sprayer has a unique trigger as It integrates into the body of the sprayer and it’s pretty large, much larger And easier to grip than similar sprayers on the market. Lastly, at a very manageable 2.8 lb it’s not a heavy sprayer. Weight is absolutely something to consider especially with large jobs such as exterior painting or interior walls, The last thing you want is to wear your arm out with a heavy sprayer. Making this a great option for small-to-medium projects.
HomeRight Finish Max C800766- This is a great unit for home projects, It’s a very easy-to-use sprayer you feel the container with paint and get to work. it’s as simple as that with this sprayer. This is a craft Lover’s Dream, there’s really not a lot to the sprayer, it has adjustments to adjust the spray in with but it’s not as complex is the other sprayers that we have covered which may make it perfect for you if that’s what you’re looking for. It’s a perfect sprayer for at home, small projects or just everyday painting. It is especially great for someone who enjoys craft projects. Graco TrueCoat 360 paint sprayer- In case you missed my other article on Graco brand paint sprayers I’ll briefly go over the TrueCoat 360 Which is Graco’s base model sprayer and Workhorse. I own this particular paint sprayer and it has been by far the best sprayer I have ever used. The TrueCoat 360 will spray any type of paint, stain, poly, even Latex paints. If the system clogs it has a feature that reverses the suction clearing the clog. It includes 2- 32oz replaceable flex liner bags allowing for easy swapping of paints during a project. It has a nice priming feature, unlike other budget units which will allow the sprayer to be ready to shoot perfect and evenly the moment you squeeze the trigger. The stainless steel 3 piston Triax pump is the crown jewel of this paint system. It’s unlike any of the other pumps on the market because it pumps many types of un-thinned paints at high pressure without issue. Few brands out there can say they can consistently spray at high pressure with minimal issue. The TrueCoat was an extremely thorough and thought-out design with many features aimed at ease of use and taking the end user into full account every step of the design process. Also if you get the chance, check out Graco’s Lithium battery-powered paint sprayers, they are unlike any other sprayers on the market and the models range from at home personal use up to professional commercial use for painting bridges and large exterior projects.
VonHaus Electric HVLP Spray Gun High Power Paint Sprayer- I will not talk much about this sprayer. It is almost an exact chinese copy of the Rexbeti ultimate 750 paint sprayer. If you set them side-by-side they are almost identical in shape and size. The function is another story altogether with the Vonhaus sprayer. Thinning is required with some materials such as Stains, Sealers, & Poly. The sprayer is almost half the price of the already budget Rexbeti sprayer. I have nothing to back this up except for a few product reviews from people who had purchased it. However, I believe this sprayer is more than likely half the quality of the Rexbeti as well. When the Rexbeti ultimate 750 paint sprayer is already a budget unit and a Chinese company takes it upon themselves to copy a budget sprayer it really arouses my suspicions as to its quality. Be aware of this unit I would take much caution in purchasing a sprayer that is so cheap. My father has always told me, If a deal seems too good to be true it usually is.
Example of a Air-less paint sprayer in use:
We have a commercial building that is two stories and has metal siding. It was built back in 1973, and it was in major need of a fresh paint job. The rain and weathering of the paint, the oxidation of the paint over the years gave it this old faded look. We contacted a couple of contractors who told us between $3500 and $4000 for a complete paint job. The time and labor was a major factor in that price quote. I purchased the Graco paint sprayer, and spent another $500 in paint and supplies, and got the job finished in just under 3 days. I wanted to share the exact excitement I was feeling, knowing I completed such a major task on my own with an electric paint sprayer like I did. Save time and money using these tools. Amazing right?
This article includes a solid list of airless paint sprayers and really great information. I would refer my family and friends too if they were in the market for a paint sprayer. There are other paint sprayers out there, I would strongly encourage you to get out there and do some research of your own. Amazon is a great first place to start browsing, they have a huge selection in every price range. Allowing you to really, get a solid handle on what’s on the market in your price range. If you have the money to spend, a lithium-ion powered paint sprayer is seriously the way to go. I know I didn’t really cover the battery powered systems much in this article but I feel like that is where the world of portable paint sprayers is headed in the future. I would also like to suggest that you follow all instructions and read the user manuals completely, before using. The amount of time that is saved when you use a tool so amazing as these, is phenomenal. Hopefully, this article helps you and has planted something to keep in the back of your mind while shopping.
